DealerVance delivers its services through a combination of cloud infrastructure, software, and AI technology providers. These providers operate under confidentiality obligations and receive only the information needed to perform their function. AI-assisted features
DealerVance uses artificial intelligence to support workflow automation, operational insights, and the ARIA assistant. AI-generated outputs are advisory in nature and support, not replace, human decision-making.
Data location
Our platform infrastructure is hosted on cloud services based in the United States. By using DealerVance, you acknowledge that your data may be processed outside of Canada.
How long we keep it
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message. To make a request, contact us through our contact page.
Security
DealerVance operates on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with established security standards. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and limit access to those who need it.
